Are Donations or Underwriter Pledges to Chalcedon tax deductible?
Yes, all donations and Underwriter Pledges to Chalcedon are tax deductible. You should receive a receipt of donation from our offices after your donation is placed. We also send end of the year reports for tax purposes.

Are you planning on selling ebooks?
Yes! We definitely want to make our books available in ebook format. We are currently working to get all our our books available on Amazon.com.
At this time, we do not have them available on our site due to site structure, time and money. We hoping a home on our site will be the next thing Chalcedon can accomplish through donations.
As for formats, file types for books to be offered in ebook format will likely be PDF format. You can download the Calibre ebook library which will convert most types of ebooks into other formats.
Can I send my order in with a check?
Yes. You can place your order just like you were going to use a credit card. When you get to the Shipping & Payment section please chose the shipping option you would prefer and then chose the "Pay by Purchase Order" payment option. In the purchase order field simply put By Check. We will wait for your payment to send this order out.

How do I download the MP3s I purchased?
You MP3 should be located in your Download Section of your Dashboard. You will see a link once inside your Download Section. Please right click on the link and choose Save As.
If you do not see your MP3s in your Download Section or are having trouble downloading your MP3s, please email us at orders@chalcedon.edu. We can then send you the links via email.
How do I place an order?
Login to the website; you can then add any title to your shopping cart and process your order via our site. You can also call us at (209) 736-4365 ext 12 to place an order by phone or send in your order to Chalcedon, PO Box 158, Vallecito, CA 95251, USA.
Please do not update your contact information through your account while placing an order. You will be able to update your address during the order process.
How do I update my address or contact information with Chalcedon?
We appreciate all contact information updates. You can send us new address and contact information by emailing us at info@chalcedon.edu above or call us at 209-736-4365.
Address and contact information will not be updated with the site until you place a new order or donation. The contact information with our site is stored within the card processing server and is not accessable. Only customers placing orders or donations can update the information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to get all orders out within 3 days of it being received. Below is a list of estimated times for different shipping methods.

We do not use FedEx. The UPS Services we provide are not available for delivery on a weekend. All United Postal Service day estimations are not perfectly accurate nor are they trackable.
If you do not get your package by the end of the alotted time please email us (via Contact at the top of the page) and we will investigate.
I'm having trouble purchasing on your site, is there another way I can buy your books?
Sometimes registering isn't as easy as it should be. Please check your spam folder for our registration confirmation email. If you didn't find it please call the office at 209-736-4365 ext 12 and we will be happy to get you registered and take your order.
We also sell all of our titles on Amazon. Go to our Amazon Seller Store to see all the books we sell, both new and slightly damaged.
I’m already signed up at Chalcedon.edu and I want to send in a donation, how do I do this?
Log onto the website and go to SUPPORT. You can place a donation or sign up as one of our Underwriter. You can have an amount taken out monthly or you can make a one time payment. Signing up for Underwriter pledges will set up reoccurring monthly or yearly debits.
If you are already signed up as an Underwriter and would like to place an additional donation, please use the Donation option under Support. All donations contributed by an Underwriter will be recorded as such.
My login information is not working, what is the problem?
Have you been to our new site? If this is the first time you've come to the NEW Chalcedon site you will have to resign up. Your subscription with us is still active but we were unable to move the old online accounts to the new site.
If you have been to this site before and should have an account please remember your login is your email address. If you are still having trouble logging in, please email us at orders@chalcedon.edu and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What days are you closed?
We are opened Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST with the exception of the following:

Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving & Following Friday
Christmas Eve & Christmas
These days will not be counted in the order processing preparation time (approx. 3 Days), nor will Saturday or Sunday.
