Did you know that at the root of our modern economic, political, and social decline is our decline of spiritual capital? While humanistic man decries Christian civilization he is still living off of the spiritual capital of the past.

For the Christian, the restoration of spiritual capital is central to the work of Christian Reconstruction, because restoring spiritual capital means a restoration of faith and character—the building blocks to a Christian civilization.

With a restoration of faith and character comes also a return to God’s law as Christians recognize that they cannot soon establish a godly order based upon a religion of the heart. They will need the substantive content of God’s commandments.

Take a few moments now to listen to Chalcedon president, Mark Rushdoony, briefly explain the importance of restoring spiritual capital and its end result: Christian Reconstruction.
