Delays & Restrictions

Delays:

In the past two years, we have encountered many shipping delays. Shipping outside the US has taken months and, in some cases, the packages were returned to us. Our suggestion to you is to continually track your package (we will provide your tracking information) and check with your local postal office. We have encountered postal services simply returning packages without contacting the customer on the other end.
