The Paradise Motive - Chalcedon Podcast, Ep. 9

Fallen man has never given up his utopian dream of paradise on earth, and despite all his efforts, the end result is always destruction. Only faith and obedience by God's covenant people can bring about the paradise that God intends for man.

In his book “Revolt Against Maturity,” Rushdoony reveals the paradise motive in humanistic man in which he always reverts back to the power of the state to usher in his utopia. Despite continued failures, fallen man never loses hope of creating a paradise divorced from God and His law.

Hosted by Mark Rushdoony, Martin Selbrede, and Andrea Schwartz.
